Your welcome bonus explained — how it works and how to claim
MrQ Casino Welcome Bonus
New players receive a £100 bonus matched on their first deposit, plus 50 free spins on Starburst. The bonus is activated automatically when you deposit at least £10. No promo code is required.
- £100 bonus (100% match on first deposit up to £100)
- 50 free spins on Starburst (awarded in batches of 10 per day for 5 days)
- Minimum deposit: £10
To claim the bonus, register an account, make your first deposit using any supported payment method, and the bonus will appear in your balance within seconds. The free spins are added daily at 00:00 UTC starting the day after your deposit. You cannot withdraw any funds until the bonus and free spin winnings are fully wagered.
The bonus amount and free spin winnings must be wagered 35 times within 7 days. Free spins expire if not used within 72 hours of being awarded. Wagering contributions vary: slots count 100%, table games 10%, and live casino 5%. Withdrawals before meeting the requirement will forfeit all bonus funds and associated winnings.

How to use promo codes at MrQ Casino
Promo codes at MrQ Casino are alphanumeric strings that unlock specific bonuses when entered during deposit or registration. They are not automatic — you must input them manually to receive the offer. Each code has set terms: a validity period, a minimum deposit amount, and wagering requirements that must be met before cashouts are allowed.
You can find active promo codes on MrQ’s official website under the Promotions page, in emails sent to verified account holders, or through partner sites like Casino Guru and AskGamblers. Codes are rarely posted on social media. If you see one on Instagram or Reddit, verify it first on MrQ’s site — most are outdated or fake.
To activate a code, follow these steps: First, log in to your MrQ account. Second, go to the Cashier section and select your deposit method. Third, enter the code in the field labeled “Promo Code” before clicking “Deposit.” The bonus will appear in your account within seconds. If the code doesn’t work, check the terms: the code may be expired, restricted to certain games, or require a deposit of exactly £20 or more.
- WELCOME20 — gives 20 free spins on Book of Dead with a £10 minimum deposit
- FRIDAY15 — adds 15% cashback on losses every Friday, valid only on slots
- NEWBONUS30 — 30 free spins on Starburst for new players only, must be claimed within 7 days of registration
Promo codes at MrQ are one-time use only. Once claimed, they cannot be reused, even if the bonus wasn’t fully played through. There is no customer support for code recovery or extensions.
